I went to LG service centre today for enquiry of spare parts.
First of all, the addressing of customer is worst. None of them has respect towards customer and customer queries. If at all to rate my experience, my rating would be '0' (Zero).
I purchased refrigerator last year from store at anantapur and now they are saying that model is not in market and they cannot get spares for that it seems.
I need a freezer door which is broken for my refrigerator. But as per his conversation with me, should I stop using that refrigerator?
He told me to change the freezer door along with the frame which is used for next model. He also given price for freezer door and frame and I doubt that price as MRP is missing on that. Moreover it is written 'Not for retail sale'. But he is selling it to me at Rs. 1070/-. And frame for Rs. 587/-. Attached scan copy for your reference.
And also I suspect the price of the vegetable tray lid which is Rs. 921/- given by him as there is no MRP. on that. He just written the price with pen. If it is original LG product, then MRP should me mentioned on it. Why is it missing? Attached scan copy for your reference.
Also he has given me the bill without any details mentioned in it. Also he spoke very rudely which I cant mention here. Instead of providing details, he says "What should I do? You should ask LG for this?"
If a dealer talks like this, who is LG representative other that him?
What a worst response from the dealer?
No concern about customer queries...
