I bought a fridge (270 Lt.) from M/S Prabhat & co., chowk, varanasi. It's door was opening very tightly. on complaint a technician came from service centre and told me to pour boiling water over it & ur problem will be resolved but of no avail. after that I made many complaints to the co. as well as dealer too.
