I had lodged service request for replacing of the handle of the lg 320 litres refrigerator main door on friday 31st may - complaint no. Rnt[protected].
During the initial complaint call they said it would be attended in 24 working hours. It is two days since the complaint and no one from lg called has called regarding this service till date even after my repeated reminders.
