I a refrigerator from LG and it has been having issues right from the first few months. We have logged numerous complaints with LG and have been requesting LG technicians to replace this fridge while it was in warranty.
No one helped in replacing this defective refrigerator and every time I was told the the repair will fix the issues.
The compressor has been changed at least once. Gas has been changed many many times. Still the fridge stops cooling after every few months.
I have even bought extended warranty for the fridge by LG India and the service support is extremely poor. No one comes to home to check the fridge even after calling many times. Calls to customer support number is of no use.
After many escalations, finally LG service centre picked up the defective fridge on 2-Jul-22 and they are not responding after that. We are struggling with the kitchen for more than a month now without a working fridge. LG service centre is extremely bad and LG has no concern for the customer.
The current condition is that LG has taken away the fridge to their workshop. They are not returning it and no one is answering the calls.

I totally cost confidence in LG. And I strongly suggest that LG refunds entire amount of the fridge and AMC contract that I paid. Was this information helpful? |
