My refrigerator is less than a year old, called for LG technician to come, he said the reason for not cooling is physical damage to door, therefore not covered by warranty-this was false information and had no cooling for7 weeks..called technical support supervisor...nothing could be done because technician called engineers at LG and said the reason for not cooling is faulty door...we contacted a technician and he discovered it was an evaporator fan and hinge and gasket were the problems...i am furious about the support team from LG accusing me of physical damage...i need this addressed requesting food loss, technician to be alerted of bad service,
