I have purchased LG refrigerator and it's not been complete 1 year, my refrigerator is not cooling. However engineer visited at my place and he told us compressor and functioning chip is not working it will be replace. My complain got registered on 24th July 2022 and it's almost a week and there is no response and no visit to repair our refrigerator, Somehow we got number of that engineer who should have come for repair he told us that parts our refrigerator has arrived and he will be coming for repair in the evening but there was no visit by that engineer. Again we contacted him and he told us that parts of our refrigerator has not arrived it will take 1 more week to come, same day he told us part has arrived and again he is telling us it will take 1 more week. This is not acceptable from LG. We purchased LG product due to it's brand value and this how we are being treated by LG for service support. We bought this expensive refrigerator to keep our expensive medicines and now due to LG lack of equipment and service support we loosing almost medicine costing 5K, all those medicine are for cancer patient. We have been continuously following up on customer care but their is no response from there end.
For simple 2 parts LG is taking almost 2 week to arrive their own product. This is very disappointing it is taking too long deliver their own parts. They are not even clear it will take 2 week to arrive it can also take more time to arrive. It doe not make any sense from where it is coming and how it is coming. Very poor service and very poor customer interaction by LG. This was not expected from LG.
I have more things to say but I am not able to describe, how we have been treated for service support.
