For last 20 days my fridge is completely shut down. I have spoken to more 50 people from lg customer care and service providers and have spent more than 30 hours talking to all these people but i am getting no help. No one is accountable nor responsible for taking my case personaly to ensure its resolved. My fridge is only 11 months old and only 1 month left for my warranty and i am scared that my fridge will be a wasted garbage that i bought for rs40000. Please ensure lg takes this very very seriously and do something about it. My first complain was dated 30may (Rnp[protected] which was closed without confirming with me and than i had to raise it again on 10june (Rnp[protected].
We have now completed twenty days by living with a dead fridge for which there is no resolution every time service repairer comes to diagnose issue he propose new part to be replaced first we replaced the panel with which we can change the temperature but my fridge did not start than they proposed that gas is over but later confirmed thats not the case now mother board but not sure the most painful thing is that it takes minimum four turnaround days for the repairer to come back with the proposed changes and still not able to solve the problem i cannot take this stress anymore i am a vice president in an investment bank and full time mom for two children i cannot take this any more i need a replacement of the fridge immediately Was this information helpful? |
