I have purchased LG refrigerator around 3 years back (model number: GR-B772GSPH) and facing cooling issues from last few months. And yesterday, I have been told its condenser has problem and needs a replacement. And this part i[censored]navailable and would take more than a week to be made available.
Couple of things to raise:
- My last request was raised 4 days back and I made nearly 50 calls to supervisors and then they come to see the issue. There is no SLA, no proper support being made available.
- 2 different mechanics came in and explained different set of issues and finally said condenser has issue
- Now part is unavailable and would take more than 1 week to be made available. Refrigerator is not a luxury product, it’s a daily routine product and without it, it creates lot of trouble specifically in such a hot temperature. Our various consumable items are getting spoiled. Despite highlighting my concern, there is no way urgency shown to make part available and maintenance team has made clear cant do anything
I would like to bring this to your notice, that I never expected such a poor customer experience with LG (though it’s not my first product). It’s a harassment from maintenance team which I have faced and facing.
Would like to see a swift response and action to resolve my issue.

service engineer told that motherboard is no longer available for this model because lg company discontinued the product... what will be the solution?
