We booked the first issue on 30.04.2022 and were promised that our refrigerator issue would be resolved asap, however even after numerous calls and multiple tickets for almost one year there is no resolution by LG. Instead, multiple technicians working on refrigerators as trial and error methods whiteout full knowledge of the product repairs has made our refrigerator worse and has damaged the refrigerator completely.
Technicians changed the compressor once in May 2022, two or three times in September/October 2022 and again in March 2023 refrigerator has stopped working again.
LG technicians who visit were not able to diagnose the problem correctly and initially were telling us that the issue is due to gas, filter choke etc, upon repairing as per his advice the refrigerator only would work for a day and would stop working the next day. Again we had to raise the issue and post multiple calls and different executives working on the refrigerator as trial and error methods they would change the story, stating the compressor has to be changed and that they do not know how to do it, hence it has to be sent to a different place. This has happened all the times we raised a complaint
Due to negligence by LG, our refrigerator is in bad condition now as they have been trying to repair it without full knowledge or even correctly diagnosing the issue for one year. Every few months the refrigerator was not working for one year and is now completely damaged. Was this information helpful? |
