Hi there,
I bought the refrigerator lg 260 l frost free double door refrigerator, (Gl-t292rpzu, shiny steel, 2017) from amico agency, dapodi pune on sunday 21st october 2018 and got it delivered on sunday at 8:30 pm with a dent on the freezer door.
On seeing the same we contacted the agency and told the same thing to the salesperson who had given us the information about the bridge before buying it. He communicated that he has raised the complaint on sunday itself but when we visited the agency on tuesday, we learned that he had hoaxed about it and did not raise any complaint.
We were unaware about monday being a week off and when we called on monday no information was provided to us and no updates were given to us regarding the status of the complaint.
On visiting the agency on tuesday, we have been informed that the engineer will come and will fix the door. When we requested for the replacement the owner of the agency was denying all the responsibility and was diverting it to the customer care. Customer care being rude and citing the reason that they have received so many complaints in the last few days and are not able to process or talk about our concerns and did not provide any eta.
This is the worst kind of customer experience the dealer is providing with no assistance and rude behavior, its like till the time they are selling the good they are like customer is god and once its been gone from their store its none of their business and telling us that, this is how we received from product from the lg and lg will take care of it. Is it really the way this work? Don't they have any checks done on their end on the consignment they have received? This is pure #.
The engineer is the one who will tell what needs to be done. Its been 2 days the fridge is at home and we have no idea when will he arrive?
I appeal for the replacement of the product done at the earliest and need no more hassle with it.

Hope some actions will be taken against this and i can expect some expedition in the entire process.
