I purchased a LG refrigerator 4 years ago. The ice maker started giving me issues last year now the refrigerator and freezer are not cold. I called LG on 6/29/21 to out in the service call and my refrigerator didn't get serviced until 7/23/21. I called again on 7/26 to put in a another service call because it still was not cold. They came out to service it on 7/30 and told me they need to re-order the compressor and other parts because it looks like the previous parts are not working properly. Now I get an email the the parts are on back order until ETA 8/18/21. I been calling LG at least twice a week to get it serviced sooner or refund me for my fridge so I can just get a new one and still no resolution. At this point I just want a refund.
