On 25th march when we lodged a complaint about our split ac. Saju monday came and he couldn't figure out anything and sent amjad. He understood the machine needs to be taken to the workshop to be repaired. So instead of doing that he went and commented"the machine is alright"in their records. We just went on blindly calling people and noone responded. Then i called jayshree dutta and she sent amjad. He said pipes aren't working and for that we had to pay 7800 in the warranty period. The ac again wasn't working after a few days. Then i got to know from their staff only that 7800 was charged unreasonably and it had internal leakage problem only which was never resolved. I simply want my money back.
