I have been a loyal customer of lg for last 20 years and always paid hefty amounts towards extended warranty/ amc so that the products are well maintained and i am given prompt service when needed.
I am made to run from pillar to post calling service engg, supervisors, centre head, area sales manager and ms ruchi yadav in lg head office. The resolution is far sighted. Instead of doing the repairs, i am being forced to shell out money and buy a new ac. The officials in the company are high headed and doesnt care about how customers are being harassed.
