[Resolved] LG Electronics — regarding ac complaint

last year on 5 July 2014 company engineer changed my ac compressor and filled the gas.That time ac was not cooling properly than the engineer told me your ac after sometime will be cooling properly but there is no change. Now lodged complaint for service on 24 April 2015. LG engineer come to my house for service and told me that there is no gas in your AC and you will be paid gas charging extra. They already filled the gas last time and now they told me that fill the gas this time also. Now I want to know that why I fill gas that time because I already fill the gas last time. Tell me that how it possible gas fill every year.You are requested that resolve this solution and may be filled the gas and service. Our AC model no. is LWA5MR4DAELG1.
