I have recently filed a complaint for the service. And the engineer came and checked and said I wouldn't rectify it as it is a old model.
But, I have mentioned I have purchased it in 2009 before to the customer care and they said the engineer is been allocated and complaint is registered.
And the technician has charged his fee.
What's the point for this kind of service??
When you can't rectify the issue and charge just for visiting.
Very unhappy with the service.
I could rectify the issue with a private engineer.
