Sir, I have bought a LG 3D TV Model No.42LB6500 in the month of October. But Within 3 months i am facing a serious issue in the product. When i have called the customer care they have book a complaint and your service people have attended and told that we need to change the Mother board. In the earlier stage i have not allowed them to change the board. I have asked for an replacement but, ur service people told me that as per the company policy they could not able to do the replacement. Then finally i have accepeted to change the mother board. But after changing the motherboard the problem has not been rectified and now they r telling us to change the Control Panel. But this time i have not allowed ur service people to do it.
I kindly request u to give me replacement of my TV. within 3 months i have faced a lot of problems in this and iam totally disappoint with ur product and ur people.
