LG Electronics — Regular noise in split ac from the first day of installation | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased a 1.5 Ton split AC in 2011 at Jhunjhunu (Raj) from your local dealer.After the installation I called to him for replacement of AC because when we have start the AC then noise started in the AC .Dealer and your technical person visited but no solution provided by them.I have requested to him for replacement but he said no problem in machine some, we are identifying the problem.After that I am transferred from the Jhunjhunu.Next year I have also complaint to him but till date no solution provided by them (dealer & Co. side). So, you are requested to please look the matter on priority. We are the regular user of LG products, first time we are facing such type of problem in big brand.
