LG Electronics — Repair of lg window ac

I had lodged the compalint regarding the reapir of my window ac which was out of warranty on 27/08/14.The technicians visited my place and told me that either of the dispay or main pcb is not working which has to be replaced when tested.They told me that the part is not available and they have placed an order.They assured me that the repair will be made anyhow by 29/08/14 afternoon and on the same day when i called them up to ask the condition they explained that they havent got pcb yet and they dont have any idea when they will receive it. On getting the conatct no of cheif complaints officer from the customer care of my lucknow reigion i was just assured that the work will be done on the very same day which was not made into effect till evening 6 and then it was no one picking the call
I m really shocked by the pathetic service of the company and wouldnt recommend any of my well known to deal with lg.
It is one of the most worst service i hav received till now.
