LG Electronics — Repair of microwave oven with complaint no. RNA[protected] | |||
I am writing 4th email regarding the complaint of my microwave oven and waiting for reply from customer care for the same. Local LG person (Veena Kamath [protected]) is saying an electronic part of my microwave is discontinued so they can't help. I tried calling customer care (Mr Irfan) who is not ready to listen to the problem...just said talk to Veena Kamath...Am i suppose to discard and buy a new microwave just for a small electronic part?
