I had purchased a lg refrigerator (Lg frost free ref gl - i402rpzy) from fundamenta electronics at kolkata south city mall on 15.08.2019. During lock down it is observed that there is a small dent appearing in the door and few pin holes were there. Gradually the pin holes are increased to 8. Due to lock down i was not able make any complaints. Even though it is under warranty period. But the service engineer has informed me of non replacement of the door under warranty. I am surprised to know it from him. I am a regular purchaser of lg products. My request is to replace the door immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||
