[Resolved] LG Electronics — rude behaviour of technical staff and inability to resolve complaint

I have top load washing machine bought 6 months back.. Since then facing the problems of washing powder coming out as clumps.. Complained 5 times and i get a reply that u don't know how to use a washing machine.. The staff's name is rahul in ahmedabad gujarat branch
The techician himself accepts that he is incapable of solving the problem. What am i suppose to do now

I purchased lg washing machine and water purifier the machine was installed very next day but water purifier is not installed inspite of several complaints to Mr shrikant . It has been 7 days no one is co operating. I bought it for my parents both are senior citizens and I have to go to their house with water everyday inspite of spending 16 k rupees
