LG Electronics — Serious complaints on lg washing machine still unattended for last 4+ years | |||||
Hi, I have a 7 kg LG washing machine(F1256QDP) and I have raised multiple complaints in the last 4 years about the extreme vibration. Every time the customer service team takes the complaint as service request. The engineer has given multiple excuses asking us to buy a new stand which we did, then to replace the stand saying it is not correct, buy a different stand, then remove the stand all together, then say it is an floor level issue, so on and so forth. The issue still continues and ye cannot on the machine in peace for the fear of it falling or hurting our children due to the heavy vibration and movement more than few feet. As I do not see any proper steps being taken by LG till date I am escalating on the same. The LG india website for Greviance Redressal is not working which i have tried multiple times(Snapshot of the same is attached). We have been following up in vain without any solution in sight, just excuses after excuses which is FRUSTRATING.
