[Resolved] LG Electronics — Split ac gas leak after improper installation

Bunch o[censored]nqualified persons sent by LG to install my split ac resulted in gas leak for which incessant complaints and mails were made using the service complaint no. RNP[protected] which was not addressed, LG would fail in India for such an negligent attitude towards CUSTOMERs, why should a CUSTOMER bear the charges for the negligence of LG. A computer operator was sent by the LG service team to install an Ac even after charging exorbitantly, does LG thinks CUSTOMERs are ###?? Kindly address the concern amicably at the earliest.
