On 27/04/2018 i filed a complaint to the lg customer care regarding the issue that i am facing in my split ac. They send technician on 28/04/2018, they told me that my ac is having gas leak problem, so next day on 29/04/2018 they sent another technician team for gas filling. When they checked they found that condenser coil is having problem due to which gas leakage was happened, so they told me to replace condenser having copper pipe, so i agreed. They replace condenser coil with new one and after that they filled gas.
Total amount that i paid is around rs8600.
After replacement, i find problem in cooling and yesterday i. E on 30/04/2018 when i tried to run my ac its exhaust fan is not working.
I an a regular customer of lg products, but after this i am very disappointed. I think from now i'll never recommend any person to purchase lg products.
