I had purchased 4 lg acs from shri mangla electronics - lg shoppe. During this entire process of buying i have faced some critical issues and till date the acs haven't been installed at my place.
Below is a detailed account
We went to purchase the acs on 6th of april, 2016. As there is renovation going on in our house, we asked if the piping could be done first and the acs delivered later on. The sales man refused to comply with that and said piping can only be sent once full payment has been made. Agree. We went ahead and purchased 4 acs on 10th april, 2016.
After giving the order, and making the entire payment, it took three days for the dealer to deliver our acs, sighting the reason that products were out of stock. My first concern: how can a dealer claim to hold possession of stock and push the consumer into buying a product when they don't have sufficient stock.
Anyhow, even after three days, only three acs have been delivered. One ac of two tons is yet to be delivered. This is after almost two weeks of making the payment - only because the dealer said they have stock available.
Now comes the installation.
The sales man came to our place to check whether there is place for split ac to be fixed or not. He convinced us that there was no issue. Couple of days later, an lg technician was sent to check the feasibility. He too agreed and showed us the points - according to which we got the walls drilled and made place for wires and other things.
Today, when another lg technician came for installation, firstly he refused to fix the acs, stating that these can't be fixed here. Secondly, he was extremely rude to my mother while denying to install the acs. If this is the kind of staff you guys have kept, then sadly the brand lg would soon lose out on it brilliant service tag.
I would like you to consider this matter on top priority and address all my concerns and the problems that i have faced in the best possible way. It's highly disappointing to be served in such a way by a brand like lg.
Get all my acs delivered to me asap.
Get them installed and take care of any issues that might occur during installation.
If i have suffered any loss because of what your technician has suggested, then that should be taken care of as well.
Make up for all the problem and inconvenience i have suffered in the best possible way.
