We've bought a new waching machine in egypt from about ten days, in the second use within just a week from the date of purchasing it gave us "de" error, we've tried every possible solution with the customer service, then they sent a technician who said that the "new washing machine" needs a spare part. Since that time nothing happened, we call them every day and all we get is promises of fixing it and nothing happened till now (A whole week passed in vain).
