[Resolved] LG Electronics — totally disappointed with lg service - need quick resolution | |||
I have an LG split AC Model LSU5AU3A.ANLG, Serial No 502NAFY090427 under AMC 14128006. I had registered a complaint with LG Customer Care Number almost 4 days back. A representative from LG visited the first day and did nothing telling that there is some problem with Gas recharge and all and another team will visit for further repairs or maintenance. Its almost past 4 days no one has visited my home and we are compelled to live under harsh dehydrating conditions. We invested in LG AC sighting the good after sales service, and even opted for a 3 year AMC program which is valid till 2020. This absolutely breaks the trust of customer and tarnishes your image as a good customer service provider. I am very disappointed with the attitude of LG handling my grievance. Both the numbers[protected] and[protected] are going busy and when I call the service boy who visited initially, he keeps on telling that some one will visit today tomorrow and keeps on procrastinating. I really regret buying an LG AC while I could have gone for better OEMs and ACs present in the market. Was this information helpful? | |||
