I have purchased lg smart tv from you last may2019. Now it is dead lg technician visited and said mother board is defective you have to pay 5500/-
For so may years i am purchasing goods from you i never had such complaints. But unfortunately this particular tv is having mfg defect. That is the reason mother board become defective just within 13 month. Tv cost is 24000/- need your support in getting product repaired on foc. I have already paid labor charges to lg

i want my money refund which i have paid to company for supplying TV having MFG defect.also wrote mail asking why motherboard failed within 14months time no one give reply
