Brought a fridge in 2013 which was promised to be best modal of lg. Fridge compressor which was under guarantee/warrantee (5year old) went off. Complain lodged on 4th sept (Rnb[protected]. Repeated promise by service people but no resolution. Now service people says they don't have part and i should sell my fridge. Highly irresponsible behave by lg. Pls take complaint seriously and provide me new compressor (As it is under guarantee/warrantee). Today its been 10 days and i am without fridge at my home. Please treat complain on high priority and take it seriously
I have escalated it on lg website twice and following acknowledgment were provided cn[protected], cn[protected].
