Refrigerator that is 6 yrs old stopped cooling. Difficult to find a repair. Contacted lg and have been repeatedly lied to about the emailing of an authorization form. Called on 4/7/18-told form would be emailed to technician. Called on 4/9/18, told process takes 3-5 days. Already with no refrig for a week. Told they would expedite process. Called on 4/10/18, still no form. Nice again told they would expedite process. Requested to file a complaint. Asked for info where to submit. Was told they didn’t have that info and no one runs the company. Absolutely unacceptable. I have lost all contents in the refrig, now without for 10 days, and will cost $300. For repair.
