I purchased a refrigerator on 23.04.2016 and it stopped working from 27.05.2016. I registered my complain on 28.05.2016 its been 20 days and first they told me that one part needs to be replaced and they will do by monday 30.5.2016, when i followed up with them they were giving me dates but no action was taken from their end. After few days i requested for replacement of entire refrigerator because if in the very next month the product stopped working, i cannot rely on that product for long term. Every day i have to call them for checking the status but no proper action has been taken till now. Now the condition is that the customer service office is not even taking my calls. Its been 20 days and if no concrete action will be taken by today end i.E, replacement of refrigerator in that case i have to file complain in consumer court for this issue.
