[Resolved] LG Electronics — Very poor service after sales | |||
Dear sir / madam this is vishal v kurhade, i bought split invertar ac on 15th june 2014, which is under warranty period. I called up your customer care number [protected] for normal servicing on 23rd feb 2015, on 26th feb 2015, on 03rd march 2015 and on o5th march 2015. Every time i received same feedback that our service team would call you within 24 hrs time period but i never received any call from service team neither any person visited for servicing. On 5ht march your customer support said there is technical issue at our end so i would get back call from your side within 2 hours, which i never received. I am very much disappointed from lg service, in future i will think twice before purchasing any product of yours. Will never recommend your products to my friends or relatives. Even i submitted this same complaint on 7th march 2015 at 10 pm to lg helpline till date i have not received any mail or phone call from lg. Was this information helpful? | |||
