LG Electronics — vibrating washing machine

My washing machine, make - Inverter Direct Drive 7 kg F1256QDP5 is in use since more than 2 years. It vibrates a lot during spin, I need to run to it to hold it tight at one place. I have tried balancing the machine - no result. Kindly suggest a solution.
