I have purchased lg led tv with 1+2 years of additional warranty offer. I was told by the dealer and also by the lg service person that bill is only required to claim the warranty and i would require nothing apart from that. Currently i am facing some display issue in my tv after 13 months of purchase. The company and service person is now saying that i need to provide them with the extended warranty card else i will be charged rs. 14000/- for the repair. The below link on lg website clearly states the 3 years warranty offer.

Moreover, lg service is calling me several times either to make repair on paid basis or close the service call. I have raised the issue to lg grievance redressal but their is no reply yet.
