Hello, I have sent numerous emails regarding the repair of my defective washing machine that is still under warranty but no one replies after the initial response!
The first time I reported the issue, they sent an independent contractor who spent 5 minutes with the machine then said I needed a rubber mat... Which is not the case bc I had the machine for almost a year now and the chamber in the washer just started sounding like it's trying to break out of the machine. He needed to wait until it gets to a specific cycle of the wash.
They then admitted that they didn't really check it bc the machine is stacked. So someone else was supposed to come out. I have sent numerous emails to corporate and no one is responding! Please help! Was this information helpful? |
