LG Electronics — washing

I am using a washing machine of lg for last 20 years. I have did also major servicing by lg & i was satisfied.

For last 6 months i am facing issues but the authorised service center infinity is not able to resolve the issue.

Recently i have lodged a complain in lg service center vide complain no. Rnp[protected].

The engineer came & told that this machine can not be serviced. It was advised by the engineer to scrap it. Even received a call from lg call center & they also told the same thing.

Shame on lg servicing team. This machine has started working on its own without any service.

It shows the quality of after sales service of lg. Corrective actions to be taken by company it self without involving authorised service center infinity.
