We purchased washing machine model no. T65SPSF2Z/2021 on dated 23rd jan 2022. Everytime we call demo person he used to say fit press pump, change tap and change switch. So to change things we took somedays and again we called him and again he's saying some pipe issue and didn't even brother to check washing machine. As it's my elder brother wedding we took some time to change things. Because we have guest in our house. And after all this settle your demo person is saying " Motor khrab hai" We need to repair.
So I have question if I have taken new machine why would I allow demo person to repair it. And what if it again got some issue. Are going to give me guarantee that after repair it won't happen.
It's a humble request take action ASAP. Because from last 1 week I am contacting your customer care, demo person no one is taking action as after purchase days are going.
Request you to arrange exchange of washing machine.
