Service request rnp[protected] is still pending despite three calls to the lg call centre. There was an ae error last month and after 5 visits by technicians spread over one week, it was resolved. I had to lodge three complaints on the call centre then because, mischievously, the technicians had closed the complaint.
The same problem has resurfaced. I called on 30/7 to lodge a complaint and was given the above service number. A technician called on 30/7 and said that he was forced to lift the call, but said that he will not be carrying the repair and someone else will call. Someone else called and said that he will come on monday. He was advised to come on monday after 12.30. But he came at 11.00 when we were not home and went away. I again lodged a complaint yesterday.
