Please note, I purchased LG water purifier, Model: WW140NP on Oct 2020 promising warranty as labelled. The ratio of waste water is 60:40 and found for one litre of good water 7.5 litres of water was getting wasted and accordingly a complaint was registered with the customer care. The technician who attended checked and renewed the filters and advised to observe for 24 hrs. The problem still persists and suspect membrane filter is faulty as advised by technician. But the APPROVAL for a free renewal of membrane filter was REJECTED and the reason was not disclosed. They want us to pay for the membrane filter and this problem occurred in warranty period and If such a reputed company behaves in such a way then what's the point of giving a warranty. I request to give a positive solution for the above and a prompt response will be highly appreciated.
