LG Electronics — Worst customer care and low quality product

I purchased an LG 437 ltr 3 star refrigerator in March 2021. Just above a year has passed and the fridge has stopped cooling. It has been six days since the request for service has been lodged vide no. RNP[protected] but till date no one has contacted us. I have given many reminders and even wrote to the CEO of consumer care but to no avail. It is worst kind of customer care. I am regretting switching to LG from whirlpool. Please be careful of purchasing LG products.

The LG service engineer visited me a few days ago and changed the compressor. The fridge started working. But after two days it stopped cooling again. I called the engineer. He came the next day and topped up the gas. The fridge started working again. But to my surprise it is again not cooling since yesterday. Everytime all my foodstuff worth thousands stored in the fridge got spoilt. I am really feeling harassed. I did not expect such poor product and service from LG. My Mobile number is [protected].
