I am purchasing AMC for my 2ton Inverter A.C every year.
1st complaint:- in April i.e. on 23.04.2019 i had a issue with cooling and loged a complaint vide no. RNP[protected] and the same was closed with out visiting the site and problem was not resolved.
2nd complaint: on 28.10.2019 logged a complaint with same issue vide no. RNP[protected] received a call and complaint closed without rectifying, later after arguing with the service center manager i came to know that the technician him self signed job sheet and closed the complaint.
3rd complaint: on 27.11.2019 logged a complaint based on 2nd complaint vide no. RNP[protected] and till date the service center is not ready to refill the gas in my AC as detailed below:-
Service Centre: RR Electronics, sangareddy, medak district, telangana
Manager Name: Ravi (dont no full name)
Manager : Extremely qualified for bluffing or closing the complaints with out any reasons and later blames technician. Never picks the call nor in personal phone neither in service center. closed above complaint within no time.
after logging my 3rd complaint i made a grievance in LG website and accordingly i received a mail informing to contact Customer Relationship officer Ms Hima on her contact number [protected] on 27.11.2019 but till date she never lifts the call.
After 27.11.2019 a technician Mr. Mahesh, Ph No.[protected] without visiting site called on telephone and asked to send the video of AC and promised to come on next day with gas but not turned up till date.
After a week technician mr. Imran, Ph No.[protected] visited the site and confirmed low gas and infomed it has to be refilled with the gas and left and never turned up till date.
After few days another technician Mr. Sai Kumar, Ph No. [protected] visited the site and checked and again confirmed no gas and it has to be refilled by gas and infomed that the manger instructed only check.
Both the technician Mr. Imran and Mr. Sai Kumar were friendly and good technician but helpless due to the service manager ignorance.
I made a continuous call to Service manager and i called both the above technician under conference. Service manager was not ready to listen to the technician and disconnected the call and never responded till now.
Yesterday again a technician came dont the name ph no. [protected] came and said nothing to worry only 1 pipe of the AC is forming ice which is very good for the AC and done water wash to the outdoor unit. He also informed i[censored] face problem again then it has to be refilled by gas.
So, the company is ready to collect the money under the name of Comprehensive AMC but till now not ready to refill the gas, this shows the negligence to the customers.
I demand the company to take action against such worst service managers and refund the amount i paid till now to the company under the name of AMC and mental torture.
