Dear Sir,
I am feeling very a shame to introduce my self as a LG customer, As because on 29.07.15 i have registered a complain to customer care regarding my 24 inch led, got defected within the warranty period ( complain number...RNA[protected] from mobile no.[protected]. But till today though it has already passed 15 days i am not getting any resolution, also the LED took it away by the service center. Also i am not getting any help after calling them several times every day from any one from these numbers...

Every time i get responses like we will call within 2 hours of time, we are trying our best, we are feeling sorry, SM sir is not present, Mobile number does not exist, customer not responding. But there is no solution.
Sir i am feeling very helpless buying product of LG. Please inform how shall i get solution for this problem ; if there is any. Was this information helpful? |
