[Resolved]  LG Electronics — WW 140np water purifier membrane faulty

Good day, Please note after posting a complaint through consumer complaints forum I received only one notification asking for my contact number which I refused to post as the fraudsters can access it. There was no response received after that. So I escalated the complaint to LG customer service head and received confirmation call. Since again going back to square one there was no progress observed, this time I escalated to CEO office and next day the membrane filters were renewed at free of cost and purifier is working satisfactory.
