[Resolved] LG India Ltd — 23 days and counting and Still My Nexus 5 waiting for Parts

I am extremely dissatisfied with service provided by LG to me, My Nexus 5 phone was given to repairs on 19/08/2014 to your Lg Service provider Macross Tech solutions Porvorim Goa . Nexus 5 for past 23 days is waiting for new board which your Area Service Manager [protected] claims is coming from Korea and will take few more days . i Don't understand how spares are not available for such a popular phone ?? Please try to stay away from your mobile for a month and then perhaps you might understand problems i am currently facing, This is not the first time i am facing this problem in mid July My Nexus 5 suffered Touch Problem and i had to wait for a week before it was repaired, i am shocked to hear from your ASM and Tech support there is no solution to my nightmare and i have to continue suffering it . I am requesting to offer me a new phone or give me full refund . vinayak shetty IMEI-[protected]
