I am having a side by side door refrigerator from LG just 16 months back.
It has started giving an error "DH E" almost 10 days back. After that when I approached LGs customer care for the above complaint, their service engineers have visited us 4 times up till today and each time with different stories related to problems with various parts of my so called LG Refrigerator.
And if this the quality that LG is delivering then I must say this was the last time, I have purchased any LG product.
And my above problem is still unresolved even after 4 visits from LGs not so experienced and well quipped service engineers.
In the first visit they suggested there is a gas leakage problem. (Costing to me - Rs 281 being visiting charges)
In the second visit, they were of the opinion that it is a problem of sensor replacement & that got replaced.(Costing to me - ~Rs 800 being service charges & part replacement)
In the next visit, they come up with a new excuse that a senior has told them that sensor can not be replaced without replacing the heator .
The next visit made us aware of the fact that PCB is not working and will cost us around Rs 5000 ONLY.
AND ALL THIS IS HAPPENING IN A 16 MONTHS OLD FRIDGE.
