I had purchased a LCD LG 32CS410 television on 26th-Oct-2012 from Deepak Sales Corporation(Electronic Division), 327, Bidhan Road, Siliguri, West Bengal, Contact:[protected].
The brackets to fix it on wall was not provided saying their operators will bring it with themselves and fix it within a week without any charge. The operators never arrived. I contacted Deepak Sales Corporation and LG operators many times but they kept on extending dates. During this, 1 year of warranty expired.
Again I called LG Ltd on 19/07/2014. Their 2 operators arrived on 23/07/2014 and now are asking for Rs. 1750 + service charge for the bracket and to fix it. I refused their offer and they left.
