I have purchased double door refrigerator on 26.11.2015 model no.
Gl-d292jgfl/2015 spend rs.26500/- for the same it is big amount for me, last four to five days there is different types of noise come from refrigerator, i had call lg service toll free no. [protected] on 12 jul 2016 after that i have received 3 different calls from your side, i m just giving only information in every call, now i am frustrated. till date no action taken from your side. i might be a small customer for your so called very big company but this kind of service is very frustrating where customer himself have to take follow up and doesn't get anything in return. this is the reason behind this mail. please let me know how many more days, months, years should i wait...
Expecting reply from your side at the earliest as i am fade up of the responses which i get from lg for last seven days. also decide not to purchase lg products in future. also told all relatives and friends do not purchase any lg product.
Again i m sending this mail due to no one check the refrigerator and my complaint resolved by your team today what a care about customer, also your technicians only called me and questioning every time from where noise come? till today no one come for check the issue. if i know from where noise come why should i give complaint to your team? technicians supposed to carry all the details before complaint visit. first complaint no. rna[protected] and its closed without attending below is msg on 17/07/2016 @ 18.26

I dont know whats going on? very pathetic service please let me no if any one help me out of this also i have every call recording come from lg service and technicians if you do not solve this issue on priority i will publish all the recordings in media.
