LG India.ltd — Worst service: complaint about refrigerator not addressed | |||
My LG refrigerator stopped functioning on Monday morning (4th April 2016). Complaint registered on monday itself. An Engineer came and noticed that there is a problem with compressor. It's not resolved yet even after following up several times. We are not able to use the refrigerator because of this worst service. The refrigerator is under warranty period. After following up with the customer service several times, finally the mechanic came yesterday (9th April 2016) and changed the compressor; The refrigerator is now working; but it was the worst experience and we could not use our refrigerator for 6 days as no one from LG attended.
