[Resolved] LG — Supply of Defective TV | |||
Dear sirs I wish to make a complaint of LG Tv which I purchased on 12th Feb 2014 from Dubai. I made a complaint of the same on 13th Feb 2014 and the complaint no. is RNA[protected]. The TV is still in LG service centre with no response and no information about it. I WAS GIVEN A DEFECTIVE TV AND WAS TOLD THAT THE PANEL WAS NOT WORKING AND THEY DO NOT HAVE ONE. I AM BEING HARASSED FOR NO FAULT OF MINE. IS THIS A PRODUCT SALE OR DAYLIGHT ROBBERY ? With a company of LG repute, it is very depressing and surprising. I strongly wish to report that the company does not seem to be interested in their own reputation. All phone calls and complaints have no result. Kindly take up the matter seriously and urgently and provide a new TV or refund the money.
