I bought 2 Libra MMM5 Mattress 35X72X6 on 17.2.2022 from New Ganga Handloom, Vijay Chowk, Laxminagar, Delhi-110092.
After some time, I got sagging problem in mattresses.
I complained to shop owner and to customer care in October 2022. After 15-20 days, one person Mr. Pramod from Libra came to my home.
He checked mattress problem, verified mattress guarantee card/bill and was OK with all.
He told us that he will forward the request for Libra MMM5 mattress replacement and will get the same brand within a week, but till date the mattresses have not been replaced. Was this information helpful? |
